Jose was our sales person and he made it extremely easy to work with. His professionalism was definitely a plus. He took the time to answer my questions and the ordering process became very smoothly. Once my material was available the communication by phone on date and time of delivery was a plus. My material was delivered by two guys with a great attitude and sense of humor. I needed to purchase two additional boxes of my floor and Jose jumped on that without hesitation and in a timely manner. He guided us each step of the way both times in turn around time for the material to be available. I’ll definitely contact Jose in the future for my flooring purchase needs.

We decided to replace our carpet with luxury vinyl planks. So we heard good things about Floors For Living. So we stopped at the Katy store and met with Jose. He showed us all different types and colors of flooring. Also he was able to project a picture of what the flooring would look like in our house on a monitor at the store. He was very knowledgeable and friendly I recommend you ask for him if you go into the store there.nnThe installation was seamless the crew showed up on time and finished within two days. They cleaned up and everything has been great .nnAlso the floor cleaner they give you works quite well.

Couldn’t be happier with, or more proud of, the two rooms and closet carpeting sold to us by Jose A. and so well installed by his crew.nThe style choices, quality, and pricing were all excellent. But, the best part of our experience, before, during, and after this flooring purchase and installation, was the superlative, professional and friendly service by Jose Auyanet, the store manager. We would recommend him, his company, products and service to everyone. He’s one of the best business people (& businesses) we have ever encountered after moving to Katy, Texas nearly twenty years ago!

After 3 months of researching and shopping at most Houston area floor stores, we decided to use Floors for Living for our wood-look tile purchase and installation. The entire experience was phenomenal and we could not be happier. Our salesman, Jose and our installers were outstanding people to work with.nIf you are shopping around, read reviews, compare the warranty and check to see if the company uses in-house installers. We are so pleased with our new floor experience.

I previously posted about a misunderstanding with this company. I can't delete the bad review but I can say they contacted me and made it right. They have earned our future business for sure. And we are currently remodeling our house so that future business will be soon! Highly recommend because the owner was respectful and cares about customer satisfaction and repeat business!
