Excellent Service! Manager was extremely helpful and informative. Was a busy Saturday with limited time left in the day, my adult daughter needed a rental after a car accident. I was calling remotely from Illinois to Texas trying to navigate all the requirements to ensure my college student wasn't left stranded. Working with Xavier made this mother feel at ease.

They get 3 stars because of the great people working there. They didn't get 5 because they put me in a car with an expired tag/inspection sticker. And it was barely hanging onto the windshield for 3 or 4 days by the two side edges. I just noticed it sagging in the middle yesterday. How bout it just fell off completely yesterday evening. I guess they need to start doing a more thorough inspection.

Service was great. We got a free upgrade because the category the insurance company booked wasn’t available. However, the car was not properly cleaned. Even though there were cards inside the car that said the car was sanitized, I highly doubted. The dashboard was dusty. There were sticky residue on the passenger seat. Luckily I had antibacterial wipes so I had my daughter wipe everything down. Also, when my daughter got in the backseat, it smelled like someone left a dirty diaper there or in the trunk for days. I didn’t want to have to drive back to the rental location and wait for another car so I put an air freshener back there with a box of baking soda. I couldn’t smell the odor from the front of the car so it was doable.

very disappointed in the process at this location. Been renting from the Mason rd/I10 location in Katy for decades (location that serves 400K demographic area). Have always been happy with the service. I made reservations online 2 days in advance last week and when I went to pick up the vehicle half an hour ahead of the scheduled time, there we only 3 vehicles on the lot. none of which fit the category for my reservation OR what I wanted to drive. I reluctantly took one because I needed a vehicle for a trip the next morning.nnAdditionally, 4 days ago my daughter's vehicle was damaged last weekend and our insurance said they set her up with a vehicle from the same location. She went to pick up a vehicle and they had none on the lot for her to use. They said they would contact her the next day with a vehicle. 4 days later and still no call back!

I have been renting from Enterprise location off Mason road in Katy for few years. This last rental (8 days) was not an enjoyable experience.nnCigarette smell was unbelievable inside the car. Its obvious they did not clean it prior to renting it to me. I called them the next day complaining about it and the best help they can offer was to suggest calling other enterprise locations (since i was out of town) and see if they can assist further.nnI hope this was an outlier and not the norm.
