My husband had a car accident and we needed a rental quick. I reserved a vehicle online before they opened. I showed up right at opening and was in and out very quickly. Great customer service. The young lady at the desk even provided me with a mask because I forgot mine in my frantic search for a rental. Return of the vehicle was just as seamless.

The rental vehicle smelled like SMOKE. My kids had to endure that smell for 4 hours of drive time. I had to spray the whole car with Febreeze and installed those air freshener vents to mask that smoke smell! It did do much...Such a bad experience.
