We booked the Ford Transit. It was a last minute plan and a last minute rental request. We had to head out early and Autolink accommodated us by opening a half hour before their normal business hours. The car was nice, clean and ran perfectly transporting our ten people family to our vacation and back. Their customer service was super polite as well. We will definitely be renting from them again and highly recommend them.

Great customer service. This is my second time renting a 12 passenger van from this company. Got the best deal. Staff went above and beyond to meet my demands. If I need to rent again, I would definitely use Autolink.
Started make a reservation online but making online e reservations are not always honored when it comes to renting vehicles so I chose to call and the gentlemen that i spoke to asked the same questions at least 3 times as if he kept forgetting my request of picking up and dropping off. I needed to drop the van off at 9pm and mind you when I started to set the appointment online I chose all option as far as insurance and the price was $208.00 and now that I call in this guy tells me there is a $60.00 after he drop off fee but all I'm doing is leaving the keys in the vehicle, why are you charging me $60.00? I am a VP of a company and we need to rent Van's for meetings in other cities and it's sad that you wont get my business now. Either get better staff that can communicate of take a look at your fees.
Great customer service. The sign in process was very smooth and easy. Loved my rental car for the weekend! FIVE STARS!!! Will be back.
