Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This has been the best car rental experience I had in a long time! I've got an upgrade in no time, my car is brand new and Katie D, a very kind and skilled Enterprise associate, went the extra mile to give me all the information about the rental, including, but not limited to, how to add the rental car to my Easy Tag account. Congratulations! I really hope the returning experience will be at least as good as the pickup!

Such a great experience, I want to thank Katy for being so helpful and calm. She was the only one working the office when we went in and she was so friendly! Even with it being super busy she took her time and got us in and out!

Enterprise is great! Had to use them due to an accident! Have rented from them many of other times. They were polite and quick! Were in and out in 15 mins! Thanks y'all!

Made a reservation for a 6+ passenger vehicle weeks ago, only to be called 2 days before pick to alert me that they only have small cars available. Planned a road trip with the family and trusted Enterprise (big mistake). This companies strategy is to over sell reservation with the expectation to disappoint a few, well you will never get the opportunity with me again. This lack of foresight and logistical planning damages customer experience. I will never trust

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had this snowflake Chelsea treated me like I didn’t belong from the moment I walked up to the counter. She was determined not to help me first the insurance company scheduled my reservation. The person in Enterprise that received it spelled my last name incorrectly it was only misspelled in their system, so it was their mistake. Chelsea did not show any ability or desires to troubleshoot or problem solve in order to resolve this issue. Treating me almost as if I was making up the reservation. Also condescending in suggesting that I may have a problem with the rental because a major credit card is needed as if I couldn’t have one of those. She then just turned me away stating they did not expect me so they did not have a car for me and I would need to come back later. Needless to say I stepped outside and found my reservation in under 5 min. When I went back I explained the mistake they made and I gave her my confirmation code she confirmed it in her system this is when Chelsea melted down. She seemed to have a real problem dealing with the fact that she was wrong and that I have a valid reservation. She then started barking questions at me at which point I had enough so I told her she was very condescending, rude and needs more training. She then told me to go elsewhere to a place that has adequately trained employees, Chelsea apparently doesn’t understand how customer service works and that this should be that place. It’s been a while since I’ve rented a car but is this how it works now? Is Enterprise the only choice now are they so big they don’t need to treat the customer right?? If I could give -6 stars I would.. NTS Do not rent here!!!
