Our son was a student at UT Austin, graduated this year. For the past 4 years he has used Megabus dozens of times to get home to Houston and back. The very few times they were on time we celebrated. The time they were over 3 hours late and we had to find another way was a nightmare. Would be nice if they would find a way to notify you of estimated departure time in advance, until then one star.
