Awful experience. So bad we will never go back and will tell everyone we know not to go there.. Unbelievably rude man left in charge of the shop. Old tasting ingredients. There's a really great location on Mason, worth the extra drive.

This place is never open and when it is they can't accept credit cards. Once again today I sat in line for 20 min and come to find out they are closed once again. There where about 10 cars in line behind me and a small note on the drive through window about being closed. How about putting one on the drive thru menu so folks don't sit there thinking you are open!! I will never go there again.

The pizza is excellent. They are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating (whoever answers the phone is a real mensch!) the food tastes great, it's consistently great, the order is always correct and the food shows up when they say it's going to. I mean, what else can you ask for?

I went there to try and redeem my T-Mobile coupon for the Tuesdays reward but the employees refused to help me, they were unprofessional, rude and completely nasty to me. I have give this exact location several chances, but every person they hired seems worst than the ones before. Today I ask the manager why they couldn't help me even thought I am a customer, he literally said they didn't have to, refused to give me his name and ask me to leave. I don't understand why a company that used to be so good as gone down the hill so badly and so fast. I wasn't going to complaint but this is the worst experience I have had in years! If I could I would give them minus stars. I hope the owner of this location takes the time to train new people or at least ask their employees to treat customers better. Honestly I won't be back there just to be mistreated. I'm sorry but you guys kind of suck.

I am not one to create reviews but needed to make sure others aware of my experience. It was one thing for the credit card machine not to be available - requested cash only. And it was one thing for the person taking our order through drive thru was rude. But when We found a hair inside our sandwich wrapper that was outright disgusting. Beyond disappointing for what I thought was a nice fast food chain restaurant.
