I love this place. I've been meeting clients closer to their locations for their convenience, to avoid them driving to my office. Panera Bread is always one of my preferred places to meet those clients for the environment, food variety and relaxing atmosphere. I definitely recommend.

Food is so good here but their service could be a lot better. I went inside to order (never been inside before) I was awkwardly standing in the wrong area until I realized they forgot my drink and went to fill my cup .. I went to where the correct waiting area was and they never called my name so I was sitting there with the bag right in front of me so after 5 mins i asked if that order was mine and the lady gave me a dismissive nod. I asked for a cup holder and the lady gets frustrated and walks away and someone else comes to re-ask me what I needed and gives me the cup holder. She tells me the other girl can't speak English, which wouldn't have been a bother if her attitude had been a little better about what I was requesting. No reason for attitude when I'm the one being patient with you.

The line at the front went a little slowly, but it was nothing too out of the ordinary. Food came out pretty quickly after we ordered and it was nice and fresh. Everything tasted really good and was warm and cozy for it being a chilly new years day. It is a pretty large Panera Bread compared to the one closer to me, so it was nice especially since it was not crowded at all. I'll be coming back again.

We absolutely love Panera and visit frequently, but the kitchen stuff is lacking attention. On multiple occasions during the last few months we got cheese broccoli soup instead of ordered chicken noodle. Today there was a traffic jam at this location. I was in a hurry to feed my kid after work and before his extra activities, for which I paid ahead. Took a while to get home barely on time only to find that they packed wrong item AGAIN!!! I am beyond frustrated. My kid is hungry and going to miss his paid class! Work it out, guys! Not worth the trust

This was a joyous Saturday afternoon outing... The squash soup was delicious, along w/ the Green Goddess salad! ud83dude0b The food was fresh and the register service was polite and professional. The ladies behind the counter left a little to be desired re: service, when I picked up my food, and silverware was missing from my tray. ud83dude15 I look forward to returning and having an even better experience. Thank you
