Based on the customer service so far I can say it was terrible. The lady helping me was pretty rude, not a pleasant time ordering my son's birthday cake. I haven't gotten it yet to rate the quality of the cake. Everything I've tried from heb has been really good so I'm hoping it is the same way with the cake. I've given 3 stars because I like heb. But that lady was just rude.

Always clean and friendly. Items always in stock. Eat and kid area near the deli. The deli area is currently under construction.
