The first time I called them at 4:04 pm. I requested a new lock to be installed on a sliding door. I asked them four or five times if they would be able to install that kind of lock. I asked them several times because I wanted to make sure we don’t waste each other’s time. He told me don’t worry, our technician will come and install it with no problem. The technician called me and said that he was going to arrive in thirty minutes. I called him back one hour later on his cell phone and he never responded. I called the company back, the same guy as the first time answered the phone and told me that the technician that was originally supposed to arrive was not going to be able to work with that kind of lock. And then he said he was going to find another technician and call me back. It has been almost one hour since then and I’m still waiting for the call back. Very unprofessional. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
I spent 24 hrs calling this company. I got a lot of calls from locksmiths and none of them showed up. I’m assuming this company sends out the order and available locksmiths answer the call. Thank God I found my key. But yeah I’m surprised they have a 5-star rating.
Called and they showed up really quickly!! Great service and would highly recommended.
Came back home and my door was locked, Ran came right away and helped me get back in. Super helpful and cheap services. Would recommend 10/10!
It’s been almost 2 hours since I talked to a technician. I understand that traffic can be bad in certain parts of town but the worst part of this experience is that there has been no communication from their side and this is very frustrating. Don’t understand how this has a 4.8 rating.nnEdit: added photo as proof of my phone call as the owner believes I’m lyingnI called at 4:49 and got a call from the technician at 5:08 saying they would be there in 20 mins. Called again at 5:37 since no one had shown up and the technician was unaware of who I was and told me he was stuck in traffic and said he would be there in 15 mins. Called again at 5:56 to ask where he was at and he refused to give me an ETA, just said he’s stuck in traffic. At that point I decided to go with another company. One thing I don’t do is lie and I’m saddened to be accused of lying when I’ve been nothing but transparent with my review. Hopefully the owner sees this and gets in touch with the technician who’s phone number that is
