Me and my brother walked in the store at the same time. We was looking for Hennessey Master Blend 4. The clerk said he was only able to purchase 3. While he was making his purchase, I was making mine. She then told the lady helping me that because we came in together, she didn't want the lady to sell me the 3. She said we was trying to play her, and she hate when people tell her how to do her job. We expressed to her that yes we walked in together but we are separate customers. He have his own money,, an I have mine. The other 2 ladies was willing to sell us the product. And they did.

The reason I gave it a 2 star was I went to get a bottle of sake that the label said 7 dollars I took a pix and went to go pay it rang up to 12 dollars so when I showed the manger she went to the machine and showed me a label that read 11 dollars! It not my fault that they didnt change the label! They should have gave it to me for the price that I showed them. That why they say the customer is always right! Never again!

This used to be our go to place for catered events and personal service. On September 11th, 2020 we were harshly treated by the front door person and and then the manager. We now have a discrimination case with this location on richmond. I would advise you to avoid all Specs because of discrimination and find a better suited place with better service. The president of the company has not even responded to our complaint.

Small specs in terms of specs, ok bathroom, was crowded but it was a Saturday night. Line went fast.
