Jeff Wheelock reviewed a franchise agreement for us. We thought he was reasonably priced and offered an outstanding service. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and very detailed in his review. He gave us a lot of good talking points in order to negotiate our contract. Definitely money well spent. Would highly recommend you meet with him before signing any franchise agreements!

Jeff was referred to me by a business associate and did not disappoint us in any way. Prior to our meeting for (FDD & FDA review), Jeff called and walked us through the process of what we can expect. Within a week of receiving the documents, a meeting was set and his findings were exposed. Everything was transparent from start to finish and his fee was well worth the legal value received. I will certainly use him again!

I've been looking into Franchising but completely lost in regards to the legality of it all. Having Jeff in my corner is a huge advantage. His attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Jeff Wheelock was a fantastic asset for purchasing my first franchise. He walked me through the FDD and FA in a thorough and straightforward manner. I feel prepared to enter into the agreement and fully grasp the risks, which would not have been the case without Jeff's help. I was able to negotiate and amend the Franchise Agreement to more favorable and less risky terms. The potential savings from the amended agreement should pay for Jeff's fees and more.
