I had the unfortunate experience of having a pair of high end suede pants ruined by this dry cleaner. I was referred by ECO Cleaners. The pants came back with small crusty patches at the rear, identified by another attendant as spots where the initial attendant placed stickers to mark areas needing special attention. Apparently, stickers should never be placed on suedel, as remnants of the gooey residue remain and become singed into the fabric upon cleaning. It took two months to have the damage addressed, and even then my pants are not repaired. While they did refund the cost, it in no way compensated for the cost of the pants.

Horrible customer service!! You would think with the multiple cleaners that you can take your clothes to in this area that the service would be impeccable. I have been treated unkind and if I was bother each time I have been in. I brought in my coupon that they told me to get off line when I picked up my clothing and the lady asked if I had my coupon when I brought my clothing in I said I usually always have it. She didn't say anything walked away came back and said I didn't have it in my hand when I brought my item in she had checked the cameras!!! Then proceeded to point them out to me to ensure I knew they had them as if I had stole something! This made me feel completely uncomfortable, discriminated against and incriminated for not having a coupon!!! This is despicable! I have never heard of a business asking for a coupon at the beginning of a transaction???? It would have been less than $1.50 to accommodate and not lose a customer. I will NEVER return and I think the manager who she quoted might need to reevaluate their staffing. I will be taking my business elsewhere and hope that anyone who reads this will also reconsider using this cleaners. Pathetic!
