Twin Oaks is reliable and always delivers top quality dry cleaning.nThey are responsive, friendly and simply great!
The entire staff are as wonderful as can be. With that said... The manager is a vicious fraudulent woman. She parks in the only handicap spot up front. Meaning customers who really need it, can't park there. It's kind of hard taking her seriously. Especially when she is wearing heels ud83dudc60 with her cane under her arm pit like a clutch. All the while looking around to make sure people see her carrying her cane, but not actually using the cane. LIKE I SAID. THIS WOMAN/MAN IS A FRAUD WITH A HANDICAP TAG IN HER VEHICLE.
I've used them for years. Very good service. The few times we've had a problem they were right on it!
Barbara, Karen and all the employees at the Woodway location are extremely polite and helpful. The cleaners does an excellent job and provides wonderful customer service and care to your items.
