Bad customer service. Been coming here since May and the lady wanted to argue with me about dryers! Never again! Found a new place with amazing customer service on Fondren!
Decent Laundromat with many Large Capacity Washing Machines. It is Under New Management since I've been going there over the years and seems to be much cleaner these days. I would say it is time to move to credit card payment and not all those quarters!!
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I’ve read reviews of discriminatory practices but now I know for sure they weren’t lies. Heard her tell a black woman that she couldn’t just use the dryer. Well the woman had intended on using both the washer and the dryer in the first place. But since when does a person have to wash and dry their clothes? Do you want the business or not? Wonder if someone of another ethnicity would have received the same treatment.
Clean place, which is very much appreciated. I have been to other laundromats that are dirty and not good. This place is really professional. Will be back
Attendant had a very bad disposition upon me entering until i left. I cant support people like this.
