The guy that runs the store in the afternoon is a great asset to the business. He managed to convince me to sign up and use the services inspite of what I consider enormous prices.nnIt’s all about quality......at least I won’t get my clothes back a different color than what they were when I dropped them off.nnI tried the service and I am very happy as a new customer. I was very pleased to hear that tide cleaners was offering a free wash and dry but I got so much more the staff was so friendly and helpful after the winter storm left me without power and water. They sorted them folded and packaged them in plastic wow! Great job I'll be back with my dry cleaning as well thank you so much!
I brought in two expensive long sleeve T shirts that had multiple spots. They did a fantastic job, returning them to me like new. This is where I bring my difficult cases. They always do a great job even if it is at a high price. I recommend them.
I received a great coupon via email. The staff was courteous and kind and respectful. In addition, Tide Cleaners also offered an amazing deal to first responders during the pandemic which was much appreciated.
The people who work at the location I go to are excellent. I moved about 8 miles away, but I still go to my dry cleaner, Tide.
