They do a good job and have never lost any of my clothes. Friendly.
Conveniently located close to where I live, but received items wrinkled. When I asked if it would be too much trouble to re-steam the items, the lady first denied there were wrinkles on my clothes and then simply said they didn't have any steamers on site so I'd have to wait until tomorrow. Definitely not worth the price. I'm pretty sure I can find a slightly cheaper place with better quality/customer service.
Brought dress in to get the pleated skirt pressed. Apparently they don’t know what pleats are because they ironed them out and still made me pay
