I got my hair done with Tina today. When I tell you my hair never looked this good!!! She did SUCH an amazing job. I feel so confident. She cut my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted it. She was so nice and I could tell she cared about the service she gives. I just moved here, and I’m so happy I finally found MY salon. I will definitely be revisiting!! (Seriously, I look SO good)
I think they took down my old review but this is mine. These stylists weren’t on time with the appointment, instead they attended another lady who came after me. The ladies were rude.This stylist seemed to be laughing at me. I asked for ombré, specifically so many times and they still did highlights. My hair was ruined and burnt. It was also left in different colors. My hair wasn’t toned. They consider a toner as purple shampoo. I was still charged $160. They pulled my hair, and never respected me once. I had to go to another stylist the next day to fix the mess this ridiculous people had done.
They BLOCKED MY OTHER ACCOUNT FOR A BAD REVIEW! That should tell you a lot about a business, I went to get my hair colored and cut, they did highlights and I told them 4 times, NO HIGHLIGHTS, they are some Chinese people, that should tell you more, most of the people working there are not even certified to cut hair, they use the scissors and then at the end they do whatever they want, the owner told me that she paid people to put good reviews but haha I bet she regrets telling me that, they keep blocking me and that is so wrong, they messed my haircut, it looks like two rats ate my hair, if you want your haircut to look good, don’t even come here!!!
