Ms. Valencia was very nice over the phone & naturally sold me before I even arrived to the location. When I arrived she was very informative and nice as I expected. I love my hair & it was a great price with also being acknowledged for women’s appreciation day. I would highly recommend

Update: I got all my money back in April! They tried to pull a fast one and send the receipt where I ordered on the last day they could respond and I hit them back with I did authorize but I didn’t get ANY product! Good hair but watch out for your bank statements.nUpdate: I’ve filed a dispute and further emailed this person or business just to let them know they are not keeping my money and I do not want their product! I I ordered on the 2nd on the 3rd I was emailed saying product not in stock. Ok I still don’t have my money in my account! Now you get bad press!nI love this hair. Everything I have purchased has been excellent in quality. I’m giving 3 stars for customer service. I placed an online order which I have never done. The very next day I got an email that said what I wanted wasn’t in stock and did I want something else. I replied no not at this time and was greeted w someone will respond to you in 24-48 hours. A week later no refund. I send another email saying where is my money. Now the response I received was I asked you if you would like something else. I sent a screenshot w my response NO from a week earlier and immediately got another email saying we didn’t see that! Well pay attention! Needless to say I had to file a dispute because this person still has my money. Great hair but I will NEVER shop w this person again! It’s too hard to get MY money back for a product I don’t have in my hands and for something not in stock that clearly was on the website. Do better!
