I do not understand how this place is working when they have a bad service this company what they have is a business with the owners of apartments near the area they towed my vehicle I was in a visitor's parking lot and next to it there is a car that carries 6 months abandoned in the complex and that car does not touch it I went to recover my vehicle and the manager is rude and ill-mannered and they want to charge different amounts of money from people and if you do not have the papers that show that the vehicle is yours, no They let you take it out as if the papers are inside your own vehicle. This company should close. I don't understand how the government allows them to continue working.
AWAFUL....THE POLICE NEED TO BE CALLED ON THEAE SCAMMERS. THEY ARE RUDE AND DO NOT DESERVE TO BE CALLED A BUSINESS.
The absolutely worse towing company.. the window attendant was very slow. My car had got towed from my apartments and was literally sitting for 3 hours.. I got charged an additional $20 for a “day” tow of my car sitting in their raggedy yard. The tow itself was $174 but they added extra expenses on top of that.. don’t let your nicely up to date year car get towed because your vehicle will NOT be returned the same way.. it’s been a couple hours since my tow and returned car and my car is squeaking.. the tow company is definitely a rip off..
The man behind the window is a horrible,nasty,mean individual! Rude for absolutely no reason! I mean how does he have an attitude when its your own car that you're paying to get out the pound!
They holded my vehicle saying was holded by police and ended up that police didn't even had a report or wasn't towed by the city ordenance. They just wanted to keep the storage charges up.nAlso stollen my wallet and other stuff from the vehicle
