We were looking for a storage facility in Houston and were calling from California to see if any could accommodate us for easy unloading. When we fist spoke to Marquita, we knew we had found a winner. She made sure to give us a unit with easy unloading for the truck and her gracious Southern Hospitality every step of the way took any stress from moving out of the way.nThe units were very clean and one of the lowest rates per month we called on. Upon moving out one of the caretakers even helped me clean out the unit. I would highly recommended this storage facility.
Though the staff that assisted me were professional and helpful Once I arrive at the actual storage unit which was a 5x7 space the very last one in the section. I had to walk through a sticky substance that was poured all over the concrete it was very upsetting. I mean you have a new customer make sure things are right.
Went to get a unit Rhonda and Marquita was great will let all my friends know to come here for their storage needs
This Public storage is close to the freeway and has easy access. The gate always works and as far as I know has never flooded. This is a great place to store extra stuff from work or home. There are cameras everywhere so I feel very safe when accessing my unit.
