I needed some storage quick and this public storage was right by the house and very reasonably priced when your book online. I got frustrated however because the online system makes you use their (overpriced) rental insurance and when I called the location and spoke to Manish he was very kind and helpful and assured me he would take it off once I came in. He handled it promptly upon arrival and stuck to his word. I would 10/10 recommend them, the owner Manish is the nicest man and has the best customer service which is rare to find these days.
Mahesh was behind the counter. He was so kind and helpful. I would recommend using this storage location based on the employees they hire. Super helpful. Service with a smile. I needed that.
Very quick and easy experience with this location. Was able to use the storage immediately after sign up, and move out was just as simple.
