Great storage and moving company. Good service!
Called for a trailer rental, female worker answered on 10/14/2020 at around 10 am. She asked open or enclosed, I said enclosed trailer. I was going to explain that I had called earlier, then she rudely asked if open or enclosed trailer. I told her that I already told her enclosed trailer and not to be rude, then she hung up the phone.nNEVER call or rent from u-haul especially at 10220 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77043nDon't try to file complaint because will not happen!!! Waste of time...nnShould be 0 or -1 billion stars
General manager is always willing to help.
Have a good outcome with the uhall And appreciated their business .nnBut some recommendations at least give vehicle has a good wiper to clean windshield . Never expected that . My truck was very poor windshield wiper and it was very pouring rain when we drove .
