I have two children at WAIS and both are extremely happy. One child has a year left in high school and has enjoyed the more personal environment and culture. My middle schooler loves the project based learning and sense of community. I am happy that the school is focusing more on the IB component and I am excited to see what other progress is made under the current Director and Assistant Directors..

I went here not 1, not 2, but 6 years ago for the 2013-2014 school year as a 6th grader. I'm now a senior at Spring Woods High School. I left Westchester after one year because I was put into Spanish 2 without taking Spanish one and failed miserably being unprepared for a class I hadn't taken the prerequisites to. The teachers were nice, the students not so much. I was only able to stay if I took summer school to then be in 7th grade taking Spanish 3. That wasn't going to happen and I left. I miss the teachers, but that was a school year I'll never get back as I wish I got to enjoy sixth grade year a little more.

I think this school is so races the principal as well has no manners I talking to people that’s why I withdrew my son out from here
