Terrible place to do business with. I tried to rent a Rolls Royce for over a week. They promised to email me the information and I never received it. Always saying they would call me back. I even signed up online and didn’t receive anything. Then they refused to answer the phone for two days! Would give zero stars if that was an option, don’t waste your time.
My boss attended Houston over the weekend for a wheel show and rented a Range Rover from W Exotic Car Rental. The reservation process was very simple and Vidal was just amazing with me. He offered the best customer service I have had in a really long time. Vidal even got me out of a bind and helped me when my boss's car service did not show up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you booking with W Exotic Car Rental if you are ever in the area.
