The staff is friendly and have positive attitudes. The employee Jennifer made sure to see that I got my rental even stayed after hours. Just to ensure I was happy with the car. Before I drove off we both inspected the rental and went over it with a fine tooth comb.

Very Small location! First ever renting a car and booked on Orbitz. Went here and woman clerk ask for major credit card & my license. Gave her the items and she comes back with a strip of paper and says my credit score is low. 520 LoL I didn’t know you have to have your credit ran. WOW! I showed her my Equifax online and stated it has went up but no help. Crazy part I went to Avis at IAH airport and they had my vehicle ready with no problem. From the reviews I think she saved me from being disappointed. Had a weird experience but at the end it came out good.

Ali and Jennifer were wonderful to work with! They answered all my questions and helped with everything every step of the way! I really appreciated everything they did and will be renting from this location again!

If they give you the white Nissan Sentra, decline it and request to be given another car. This is a health hazard, not just a filthy car. They gave it to me saying it's the only available car and when I got inside, I realized that it's been never cleaned, wiped and never sanitized. To make things worse, the car has a horrible odor, like someone vomited inside. This business should be shut down for not following the CDC COVID-19 sanitary restrictions. I will let the photos talk for themselves.

The staff was so friendly and helpful ...I had one small issue and he quickly assisted us also upgraded our vehicle. I would definitely do more business with them in the future. The guy was sweet and also funny he helped me and my boyfriend with everything we needed yes the place maybe a little hard to find only because it’s so small and has no signs lol but they were great and I recommend them to other people. I was a little hesitant at first because I read some of the reviews... however I did not experience any of that just booked online and picked up the car maybe 2 hours later ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f y’all should go if your looking for cheap rentals...
