No line no stress but here is : Vivian...no, thank you. I didn't need 3 months, DANGEROUS!!! especially that cannot be taken for more than 10 days! AND no cost was discussed.

Worst service. Worst experience. They wasted my two days. First day they denied my vaccine appointment though I had a medical condition and asked me to bring a proof. Next day, when I brought the papers, they told me they canceled my appointment and gave it to another person. Horrible pharmacist and management

Once again I have called to get information about a prescription and the first thing I hear on the phone is an annoyed employee who says “Can I put you on hold” click. Even when you are busy or when a customer calls 30 minutes after opening you must maintain a sense of professionalism. The proper way to answer the phone is “ Hi thank you for calling Kroger pharmacy. I am currently assisting another customer. Can I place you in brief hold?” I’ve tried to refill my prescriptions on the app however some require a prior authorization which can’t be completed unless I or a pharmacy staff member speaks with my doctors office. Instead if sending the doctor the authorization for the approval the pharmacy staff will automatically charge you the amount you’d have to pay without the authorization. Or their best offer is to give you a coupon. Uh no, if the prescription is cheaper with the PA then I want that price. I have to pick up this prescription at Kroger this weekend however come Tuesday morning I suppose I’ll go to another Kroger, CVS, HEB, Walgreens, or even Walmart down the road.

Would give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not available. This Is my local Kroger and I won't be going there no more- Quite baffling for me being an overall calm and extremely friendly person my experience has been terrible with the 2 pharmacists at this location- the rest of the staff at the pharmacy are great so are the other cashiers. The pharmacist are extremely rude and unfriendly. Ive had not one but 2 encounters at this pharmacy and both times have left feeling anxious and nervous with my interactions of the staff. They are standoffish, unprofessional, extremely insensitive to any questions, lack of the ability to answer or explain any simple questions. I tried calling in to get a refill on my prescription - The pharmacist on the phone was extremely rude from the start- when I asked her a question about my prescription she didn't even bother answering that instead kept repeating what was on there- She had a fit and started screaming on the phone for me not to be rude. Not worth having to deal with such unprofessionalism I just hung up. The entire leadership at the pharmacy has a stinky attitude, lack of class and that has set a sub standard for the entire staff at the Voss location. Please save yourself the hassle and do not prescribe to this location!! Disgusting Service.
