I've been going there for 5 years now and have never been treated or seen them treat someone rudely. They are truly great folks. Dennis, Phillip, Tony and until just recently Monica ... all will work with you to make sure you get the best prices for your meds.

I have had 2 bad experiences with a pharmacist named Monica. Extremely rude and unprofessional. 1st time she told me to wait 45 minutes for my presciption and it would be ready. After i waited over 45 minutes she said we cant fill your prescription we dont have it in stock. 2nd time many months later, i normally go to the krogers on 43rd oakforest. She calls me to tell my prescription os ready if i dont pick it up today she wouldnt fill it. I arrivw 30 minutes after her phone call.. She then has me waiting 45 minutes plus saying she is having a problem with my insurance. I tell her to call the other krogers and she proceeds to ignore me. Extremely rude.
