We had Alfredo and his crew at HPP complete several projects at our house, primarily a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, as well as some electrical work, redo a mudroom, and install a new tank less water heater. Alfredo was extremely professional, communicated well, and the quality of the work was outstanding. He was extremely attentive and was very concerned about the workmanship and making sure we were happy with the process. He was very open and patient with our changes. I would highly recommend him and would not hesitate to work with him again.
A friend recommended their service and they exceeded my high expectations. Definitely a service I will use again and recommend.
Freddy is absolutely amazing! Great communication, I needed to reschedule and they were able to quickly accommodate me. I had 3 bedrooms painted, my master and 2 guest rooms. All 3 rooms have a lot of white trim and Laura did a perfect job working around it. Very pleased with the finished product, highly recommend Houston Pro Painters for any painting jobs you need!
I normally do not write reviews but Alfredo and his staff were incredible despite the fact we had unrealistic timing expectations for our home project.nn1) Not only did they turn everything around within a very tight timeframe, but also the final product looks great. Our place looks amazing, exactly as we wanted and they were very careful to prevent damage or unintended droplets of paint where it didn't belong.nn2) The price was exactly as quoted. There were no up charges, and even when there were surprises partway through, HPP ate the cost rather than pass it on to us.nn3) Professional and helpful crew. They worked around our schedule and house rules, helped moved furniture, and generally made the process hassle-free. I highly recommend! Definitely will use Freddy in the future.
