Worst experience ever! Destroyed my home would have had better flooring if I did it my self. Would not recommend anyone to use these guys very un professional. Warranty was for a week when I called to let them know that I could see a few pieces of tiles lifting they told me to go to Home Depo buy tile glue and fix it my self! Do not recommend at all!!! #TUR
I had a horrible experience with them. They left what they did a MESS. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Stay as far away as possible. If I would have know the type of work and how unprofessionally they operate I would have NEVER Hires them for the job. If you want good work DO NOT trust these people.
It was just a all around bad experience with these guys. They were never on time very unprepared and unprofessional.
What a great experience we have had with TruPro! Jonathan is an amazing contractor, reliable and trustworthy. He always goes above and beyond. With all the horror stories out there, we have felt truly blessed to be able to work with TruPro and would recommend to anyone with a home project, big or small!
Kitchen & Sliding Door RemodelnnProfessional & Thorough: It's hard to find a contractor that is on site most of the days throughout the project. Jonathan from TRUPRO, not only showed up the day before to install floor protection, he also came each morning to let his workers into my home! This is huge, he's the only one that had a key and had access to my home. Safety & Detail Oriented!nnIt's rare when the contractor is picky! When the project was completed, we completed the walk through and he pointed out spots that needed to be touched up, a seam that needed another nail & a few other items that I would have never noticed. He definitely has an eye, cares about the quality of work and cares about his clients homes.
