Crew showed up on time to move my safe and were very careful moving the 1000lb safe across tile floors and through doorways to final location. Crew members were friendly and respectful of my house. Have no complaints! Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Locked myself out of my car, again! This was my first time using this company and I am glad I did. They responded fast and arrived within ten-minutes of my initial call. They worked quickly and got me on the road again. Highly recommend their quick and friendly services.
We bought a new gun safe from these guys last month. It was our first gun safe purchase and to be honest had no idea what we needed. The team at Houston Safe and Lock were amazing. They walked us through all the different gun safes they had in their shop (so many!) and helped us find the best fit for our family needs. At some point we will need a second safe and when we do, we will absolutely be coming back to these guys.
I have needed locksmiths in Houston several times over the last few years for my business. It's usually a really stressful affair and something that I don't enjoy. That said, last week when I called Houston Safe and Lock, they were fantastic at getting to me on time. The issue was resolved in minutes and the technician was a really great guy. Good price too given the time of the evening. Would absolutely recommend.
I was locked out of the house late on a Friday night. We phoned one other locksmith before this company and decided to price check. So glad we did. Houston Safe and Lock were able to get out to us quicker and for less cost than their competitor. The guy arrived on time and there was no stress in getting us back inside in just a few minutes. I hope i never need a locksmith again but if I do, I'll def be calling this company to help.
