I’ve tried this Specs twice now and each time I felt incredibly uncomfortable. As soon as I walked in there was a gentleman following me up and down the aisles, barely two feet from me. I understand they are trying to offer help, but when I say I don’t need any they should stop bothering me. I considered walking out of the store and not buying anything... I kinda wish I had!nnAlso, some cashiers apply the mix 6 discount and others don’t, it is very frustrating.nnI will not be returning to this location.
Less than impressed! Two years ago I placed myself on a list for a liquor that they only get a couple times a month. Periodically I would call and ask about my place on the list. Yesterday I called a young lady answered the phone and I asked what my place was. She was super confused and after the 3rd time she put me on hold and tried to dismiss me, I asked for the manager. Well, the young lady didn't realize that I wasn't on hold and decided to proceed to complain about me. I told the manager that I heard everything that she said and he didn't care. He told me they did away with that program and never bothered to tell the people on the list that had been waiting for years. Needless to say, I will never shop at a Specs again. There are too many other places that actually value customer service.
I was irritated due to the fact another store contacted them about a certain brand of alcohol I was looking for. I drove across town and they didn't have it. The one guy a slender older white guy was very rude. I waited until after he helped a customer. I said excuse me I know he heard and saw me standing near him waiting. He walked off I said excuse me Sir again he then turned around. I asked about a bottle he said they were out rudely. I explained another store checked and sent me to their store. He said it was up in the front and walked off. I thought he was assisting me to find it he didn't he walked to the front doing something else and when he saw me waiting sad they in the front rudely. I got upset because he never said where exactly to go or whom to talk to. How was I supposed to know where to go but you work here?? I went to the cashier up front and asked they said they didn't have it they were out. I was like the other store check on the computer and sent me here. He said they should of call....now look I do not know their protocol but I was irritated with everything by then. I purchased something else and left unsatisfied with their customer service.

I got to hear the young lady complaining about me. I told the manager that I heard what she said and he didn't care. I asked for my status and he proceeded to tell me they discontinued the program. After two years of waiting, no one even had the courtesy to inform me. Never again will I do business with any of these stores.
