Not enough selection and service was worst of the worst.

zero stars. Surly attitude on an attempted phone order. I'll spare the details, the short of it is that after trying to order a part through their poorly functional website, I thought I would go old school and use their published 800 number for the order. Geez was that ever a mistake. She was too busy to speak to me and said she would call back in a minute. Incoming call with not caller ID. Sorry, I don't answer blind calls. So I called back on the 800 line to order the desired~ $60 part. I was given a surly attitude and a lecture as I was told they only use the 800 number for large orders. No such note in the site. After huffing she asked what I wanted. I had the part number, again off their website. She started to again to lecture about, 1st not having the part, and 2nd not knowing what the part was. I wish I had a recording. One can only imagine how they run the business.
