I came in on New Years Eve and shopped around, bought a good amount of things. When I got to the checkout lane someone was finishing checking out in front of me, but I proceeded to put my stuff on the belt. After the customer in front of me walked away my cashier was paying more attention to her phone which was out next to her on the counter. So I waited for her to wrap up what she was doing on her phone so she could ring me up. She didn’t say a single word to me. A few weeks later I looked at my bank statement, because I used my credit card, and I was double charged for my order. Well guess what? They can’t refund you in the store apparently. I have gone in twice to try and resolve this issue and NOBODY could help me. They couldn’t even give me a phone number of who I could call to resolve this. It ended with the manager saying she would call me the next day no later than noon to let me know what was going on and it’s been 2 days since that. Needless to say I will not be shopping here anymore. One star was just because they had a good selection, and because I was able to contact their online customer service for them to help me.
Oh. My. Goodness! I cannot express how much I enjoy visiting this location! Sales, rewards, discounts, gifts, and selection aside. The staff has ALWAYS been amazing. Between Mary, who you can find on the floor, and Danita who is always greeting you with a smile as she asks for your ID, there is no reason to shop anywhere else. I wish they sold everything! Thank you Total Wine Memorial for being a quick and lasting staple of the community!
Stopped in for a visit while out of town and was completely lost. I usually shop at my local store in Metairie, Louisiana and the employees are super friendly and always helpful, not so much at this particular location the employees walked past me like I didn't exist. I had to track them down in order to find what I was looking for.
Love this place. Friendliest employees, and lots of free samples. I won't go anywhere else.
I was just in this location with my boyfriend. First I got followed around the store by some employee that wasn’t being discreet about it.nThen when I went to check out they ask for both our ids which is perfectly ok I didn’t have my license but had my military ID they refuse to look at it. Then the guy asked my boyfriend for his ID and was like yeah they look pretty young. Both of us are in the military he’s 26 and I’m 28. Some form of identification however he said to come back with a paper and refuse to sell to us!
