This firm has such a caring spirit for people. My husband and I were greeted with such warm welcome as if we had met them before. The process was all about us in meeting our needs and dealing with a global pandemic. This made things very challenging for us in time knowing we had 2 small children at home. Great team and awesome team commitment. They will fight to get bills down and help to get you every dollar possible in your pocket. I have never seen a case to take less than a year to get resolved. I first went to a law office Shane was practicing with for help after a serious car accident in the early 2000's, and he has been my go to personal injury lawyer ever since. Thankfully I haven't needed his services very often, but in the 4 instances that I have found myself in need of a lawyer, I never once considered going to anyone else since the first time he helped my daughters and I. He and his staff are always kind, considerate, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else at this point.
