I ordered something online and needed it shipped, unfortunately there was no communication at all. I was not rude to them but I was getting very frustrated after I received very little communication back from them. I emailed, Dm, posted comments under their Instagram and called a few times. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from their website if I were you. I see this is not the first time that this has happened. Im just thankful that I was able to get my money back after contacting my bank.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. I ordered some shoes from their website back on November 17th. It is now December 3rd and I still have yet to receive tracking information about the item. Every time I call the store I get the run around and the store manager Alex is of no help. I asked for a number to his supervisor and the number I called was out of service. Very shady business going on here and I will no longer do business with this location. I just want the shoes I ordered.
Love this location and the fun guys that work here. I always find something great at a steal!
I called before I came to see what I should bring dinner I have to ride the bus and was told mostly summer clothes and workout items I got there after an hour long bus ride and the same guy I spoke with was the same rude person that time me they could not take any of my things. Mind you some of my things were brand new high end clothing. I even brought in new sandals and he refused after I begged him to take something since I had no bus money. I will NEVER EVER go back again. Btw news travels fast
They gave me only $20 for a Michael Kors bag that was still in great condition and even smelled new. Only had the purse for a few months and also they gave me $2 for a Forever21 bag. Never selling anything here ever again. Such a disgrace for a used clothing store.
