WHBM has amazing clothing and the customer service is always top notch!! Shannon the manager always takes such good care of her customers. All the other staff makes it a point to get to know their customers by name and your style always making sure your shopping experience is amazing !!

Emily went above and beyond in helping me! The phone number for a different WHBM store in the area wasn’t working so I called them to ask if they had changed their number. Emily called the location, same issue. She even called some employees of the other store to figure out how I could reach them. Their phones were temporarily down, so she called me back immediately and took down my information, as well as my concerns about my pickup order, and sent them an email. I am so thankful for all her help. Most people would just stop after telling me the phones were temporarily down, but Emily took time to sort out everything for me and I wasn’t even a customer for this WHBM store! 10/10 give this queen a raise

This is my favorite store! If I need anything I go here first! Everyone is so nice and helpful. They really know the clothes too.

What happened to this store? This used to be my go to store because the staff was so much better then the staff by my home. Friday I was astounded to find two ladies who looked like they were fresh out of bed and acted bothered to be at work. Throw some slippers on them and I would have thought I accidentally broke into their homes. The lady who rang me up was nice enough but her body odor was distracting.

Excellent customer service and great location! Easy access to parking space, handicap parking space available and doors are wide for easy entrance.
