Jessica was super awesome! Great sales person. Loved her personality, loved how attentive she was! I went in there to help my brother in law pick a ring for my sister! And we loved the service she gave us! She seriously made our shopping experience very worth it!

It was my first purchase at Zales & I'm so happy with my ring! Extremely amazed at the service I received from Ms. Yessica!! she was very attentive and patient with me. This actively demonstrates that Zales has amazing workers who love their job. She was sweet and informative.nnTo sum up everything that has been stated, I will be purchasing again sometime soon for the exact purpose of the fine jewelry and customer service.

Great Experience - Start to Finish. First time to visit Zales. Yessica was very pleasant and helpful. The entire staff was upbeat, pleasant down to earth people. I fell in love with the first ring I tried on. I was able to upgrade to a better quality diamond than the first one I was shown and still stayed within our budget. She was so attentive and so knowledgeable. The overall experience was a good one. I would recommend them highly. Thanks for your help. I truly love my ring.

Jessica did an amazing job getting me exactly what I was looking for! Made the process so pleasant and made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole time I was there. Such a memorable experience and I will definitely be coming back to ask for Jessica!

My ring should be here today and its not, called customer service and nothing. They can't even give me a date or a heads up. Wasted money on a good hotel and was super excited to pop the question this weekend. How does a company like this have such bad customer service? I wish y'all gave me the option to come in and get a ring in the store so I could still ask my gf to marry me this weekend or something!
