I was there last weekend. Just needed a new wrist strap for my watch. Staff is friendly (as usual), but Mimi takes the crown. She was beyond courteous and made the time to go through various straps to find the right fit. Customer service is king in any business and these folks never disappoint.

Had an amazing experience with associate Simone. She has excellent customer service and is very knowledgeable of the diamonds. She expresses genuine interest in her profession and made sure she made us feel as comfortable as possible with her tailored customer service for a novice diamond shopper.
