It was my first time using National and I had a great experience. The employee was fast and courteous and got me into a better car than I reserved. The 2019 Ford Fusion I got was actually loaded with premium features rather than a typical bare-bones rental economobile. This made my trip not so bland. Return process was quick and efficient with no problems. I will use them again in the future.
They went above and beyond my expectations. I had already gotten a great deal on a full sized car and when I got there to pick it up they gave me a full sized luxury SUV for no extra cost! Great company, value, and vehicles!

Friendly folks, decent selection (though I've never gotten to choose), very efficient service. Cars are pretty new (mostly less than a year old, definitely less than two), clean, and ready to go. Sometimes they have a full tank, sometimes they don't.nnOne disappointment: hours are limited and they're not open on Sundays.
May 2019 update.... Brent continuing to do a great job at this location - keep up the excellent service Brent.nnJanuary 2018: Convenient location and excellent service. Rented an SUV over Christmas 2017 and was very satisfied. Brent did a great job.
