The pickup service at the dealership was great but when it comes to taking care of a lost damage waiver that service needs improving. To have to wait for a replacement vehicle for a day and a half is unacceptable. Also not getting information on where the vehicle was taken is also unacceptable. Overall Enterprise is a good company.
Hands down the best on the westside and maybe all of Houston. Very courteous and friendly pros. Greeted immediately upon entering. They will go out and beyond to help find the right car. In my case minivan during the holidays. I will never go anywhere else nor will I ever use any other car rental company. Thanks Ken and crew!!
Dealing with two other locations resulted in getting the run around even after having a reservation made. Kenneth and Romulos went above and beyond to assist me with acquiring a vehicle with no hassle! I highly recommend using this location to rent a vehicle.
Bad experience. They charged my credit card on file for the “deposit” for unexplained reasons and refuse to answer the phone. Stay away.
I had very good experience here. Mark and Ken were very helpful for my rental car. I had a bad car accident, and that's why I got a rental car. They have been helpful to me with insurance and good communication of explaination what process I need. They were very busy when I was there, but once one of them saw any customers were left alone Mark and Ken would approached to them and made sure they were helped. Very good experience. Would recommend it to my friends.
