These people are absolute crooks. I rented a vehicle AFTER the snow storm last week. The weather has been 70-80 degrees and yet, they are claiming hail damage. The manager, Bobby, is completely incompetent and unable to resolve anything. There are way better enterprise locations. This one sucks.

The staff is very friendly. However, it look an hour to get the rental. The rental smelled like smoke inside, and when I brought it to the attention of the employee she said it smelled like chocolate and incense. The rental was also shaking when you pressed on the brakes. I feel like this branch was not willing to help or meet standards for customer service.

My exprience here was amazing, the staff was very helpful in helping me get a rental. I have never been through the process they walked me through it and gave me a nice car (Land rover discovery )Terry and Jeffrey are doing a phenomenal job. I will definitely be back in a few weeks.

I really wish this place got more Toyota Camrys!!! I rented one from here a few days ago and it was the best rental car ever!!!! Please Corporate, send more Toyota Camrys here. I will rent every weekend if yall kept newer nicer cars here!

This location has horrible customer service and they put me in a really frustrating and inconvenient situation and pretty much called me a liar.nnThey gave me a rental with out discussing extra out of pocket fees other than the deposit fee. The manager, Bobby then calls me the next day to say I either need to pay the extra daily fees or exchange the vehicle. I asked numerous times why wasn't the extra fees that my insurance didn't cover, explained to me at the time of receiving the car? and his response was that the associate said he explain to me and that he was taking his associates word 100% over mine, and continued to come up with excuses to admit their mistakes and accept the frustration and inconvenience they were putting me trough.nnThe associate never explained the extra taxes and fees and if so why was the store manager calling back the next day to suddenly explain them?
