Worst location EVER!!!! Terrible customer service! This location makes Hertz as a company look awful. Save yourself the headache and book at a different location.nYou book a rental and they end up not having the vehicle for you. And still you have to pay extra for the vehicle that is available if there is a price difference in the rate. I picked up my vehicle and it was completely disgusting from the interior. Still needed to have the backs seats wiped down, doors were just sprayed with a solution but never wiped and along with that they leased out a vehicle with issues to the front wheel. I had to stop in a different state to swap out the vehicle for one without mechanical issues. The new one given to me in exchange was immaculate and gave us no issues at all.nCustomer service is non existent here! I’m never returning to Hertz due to my experience at this location!

The customer service at this location at Katy freeway in Kirkwood is exceptional the care and concern that I received from answering the phone to checking me out and checking me back in was by par some of the best from the young man that answers the phone I did not get his name I apologize but Celeste I did get her name and she was a true professional she even walked the car and took pictures of all the scratches and little dings they were on the car to assure that I would not get charge for damage that I did not occur while I was renting the vehicle and she emailed me the pictures I’ve never had a representative do that before at any rental companies so that was very sweet thank you guys for an awesome weekend

This company decided that they were going to close shop and not even send me as much as an email! I might have been able to understand if I had been warned. I was very disappointed to show up to a closed establishment & to top it off it was my first time renting from you all.nnEven then when I finally found a customer service number the customer service rep did not seem to care very much. I had to scramble around to find a new car rental place that was now two times the amount that I had booked in advance in price because I was getting it the day of. Needless to say I missed a business opportunity because this business was not professional!

Well my experience on my God. I will never do business @Hertz.. bad everything!!! location, manager trainees all the above worst experience ever....like didn't waste your time go somewhere else!!!! like I'm not going to EXPLAIN what happened....trust me go somewhere else

I changed stars from 5 to 1. Absolutely worst experience this 2nd time around. I already knew the guy on duty that Saturday morning had no idea what was going on. I need people who can use common sense and could sense that was lacking from the start. I booked my car a week ahead of schedule and got there right on time to rent the car. Long story short, I was told the machine didn't like my card and that the payment wouldn't go through. I got so embarrassed when I called my bank and my bank explained 2x it was something not being done on the other end. I spend over an 1.5 hours messing around with Hertz and wound up going to a closer rental place up the road, causing me to pay more. This HERTZ location lacks professionalism, common sense and just basic knowledge. A customer bases everything on time. This set me back 2 entire hours of my trip.
