I have booked an SUV at this location 2 weeks prior to my trip. When I arrive to pickup the car at the location, they simple told me they don't have the car I booked.They offered me downgraded car for same price. There was three other customer all had same issues. This location booked luxury SUV and actually offered the the downgraded car at last minute when I had no options to refuse.

Very bad customer service. Maserati reserved me a car with the Enterprise for 5 days. I paid 164$ including 50$ deposit and 20$ a day for coverage insurance for 5 days. I did go the same day and returned the car. However no one was at the office. Staff just leave the 1 room office for times and you cannot find them. So I just dropped off the key. Since then I have been trying to call them and figure out what happened and when do I get a refund for the extra days I paid, however I cannot ever get anyone over the phone. I called about 4-5 times over 2 days and never picked up. Pick up the service please.

Got a rental through the service shop, when dropping off my car. Was told that because I was getting my car serviced, insurance was covered. 1.5 years later....ended up getting a claim on my insurance for that rental for dinged window. Zero communication and now I have to track down the rental agreement (was never emailed) and claim through the Enterprise corporate office but this location does not keep records past 1 year.

The salesperson is informative, place is decent. I rented a car, Nissan Altima through Star Motor. We check the car for dents and dings but did not check inside of the car.nnLater in the evening while we were driving the car to the grocery shop with my wife and kids sitting in the second row, the kids told me that there are worn pants and boxer. Only then I realised that the car has not been cleaned and I found some masks stuck in the driver door compartment too.nnI should have check the interior of the car too (my bad) but I had assumed that the car was cleaned and sanitized prior renting out especially during this Covid-19 period. Well, I was wrong!

Actually trying to leave a review for the new location at 1107 Silber Rd.nJEREMY, THE AGENT FROM ENTERPRISE YOU WANT TO WORK WITH!!! Five stars and more for Jeremy from Enterprise at 1107 Silber Rd. He is professional, yet personable. He is calm, and will help you with all of the details. He's great to work with. We need to rent frequently , with work; he is the one we will always work with! Go and see Jeremy at Enterprise Silber Rd. They guy needs a promotion; although, then, I will have to work with someone else.... Great Customer Service !!!
