I have been renting vehicles for 20 years and this was the worst experience I ever had by far.nnFirst, when I picked up the vehicle the air pressure was low. Juan told me to go put air in it. I went to Discount Tire and they discovered it was a huge nail in the tire. This was something that should have been evaluated before I got the van. I spent 2 hours finding a place to patch the tire up before I got on the road.nI returned the van a 5pm on Sunday.nMonday morning at 11am. I get an invoice for a cleaning fee of $150.nNo issues I paid it.nnAt 3pm I get another email saying that there was damage (a dent in the back door) If you looked at the van at 11am and noticed ALL of the dirt, why didn’t you notice the huge dent at that time? At this point the money is not the issue, I am concerned that someone is not being honest because when I left the van there was no dent and when Juan look at it at 11am there was no dent. Now at 3pm there is a dent?
