We went on the sightseeing tour. Robbie and Marna were so incredibly sweet!! We’re thinking about moving to Houston and wanted an overall scope of the area, fun things to do, etc. They gave us a personalized tour and were so helpful with suggestions on neighborhoods to check out! We booked a Joyride for a weekend getaway, and we had such a pleasant experience. Everything went so smoothly from beginning to end, despite booking pretty last minute (we booked the day before). The fact that it is completely contactless and they drop off the car at your driveway is also a major plus. They even welcome you with a pack of gum and two cans of water! (Love that they were cans and not plastic water bottles!)nnWe can't wait to book a rental through Joyride again.

Thank you Joyride! The process of picking up and dropping of the car was fast, easy and a great experience. Even though the communication was through their website, they were fast and efficient on replying back. I will definitely use them again! The selections of cars were excellent and fun cars to drive. I rented the convertible camaro!

I met Ed, and right away, he was likeable. Ed has some new ideals and concepts, adding and combing car sales and. Well go to Joyride.com... I don't advertise for businesses: however, if Im treated RIGHT, feel at ease I must share.. I definitely put the bad out there as well....

Very smooth rental process. This was an excellent experience - we had a blast renting the CL63. The car was flawless. Joyride’s Customer service was very personalized and I loved their little touches - cold spring water and chewing gum for our trip. The pickup and drop off locations are very convenient and flexible. They also have a number of other interesting cars as well as more utilitarian vehicles that are are all extremely reasonably priced. Truly is hands down the best car rental experience I’ve ever had. I am hoping they will add more cars and more cities. I plan on using them whenever I just want to rent something exciting or need some additional wheels.
