This place is horrible , I have been charged full fuel when I took a picture of the fuel when I picked up the car. I have had this happen to me multiple times and the reason why I take pictures , plus the car smelled like cigarette. The most unprofessional place , be safe and make sure they do not scam you. I already reached out to the main office and submitted all the information I have.

They Dont CarenThey set up my reservation and the day off told me there was no car. It was my birthday and I had to go elsewhere and pay way more
Sam is the best Great customer service friendly and got me out in a timely manner he need a raise please I refer him at all times..
Couldn’t switch out a rental at this location cause Sam said my rental is dirty on the inside headliner but that’s how I received it from another hertz. Just shows how much of a failure this company is. Thanks Sam
