Nice location! Each condo is privately owned, so the quality may vary significantly from unit to unit. Ours had clogged drains and a broken bathroom faucet, but was otherwise great. The public access areas (hallways, stairs, entry) are old, and smell like a mixture of old building and bad curry. The elevator is very old as well. But it's hard to beat the location! We had our window open Sunday night and had live music from one of the restaurants (works during the summer, at least). Step right outside and you are at the base of two lifts.

No mention that only one car is permitted per unit. How do you expect guests in a unit that sleeps 8 to travel in one car? The elevator is antiquated, and will break down with you in it at least once during your stay. In my case it has been inoperable 50% of my stay...on the fourth floor. The hot tub is not even in this building, you have to cross part of the outside resort plaza to get to it. Rooms are dated, there is insufficient bedding and towels available, and the showers don't drain. The WiFi and general internet service would have been slow in 1998, I've yet to see more than 40kbps upstream or down, and it more often than not does not work at all. No offer of compensation from management, no alternatives offered. I love Park City, but this is the absolute worst resort experience I have ever had. I wouldn't stay here again for free, let alone the absurd rates they rent these units for. Do not stay here. If it's your only option, consider vacationing elsewhere. edit: To the owner, if you're not finding my name in your system, that's another indicator of how poorly run your rentals are. Myself, and eight family members were in one of your units in the resort plaza for nearly a week. The elevator was broken every day.

My friends booked with Identity Properties at Resort Plaza and loved the ski-in/ski-out convenient location, the staff and most of all Park City.
