This is probably the worst service/company ever. It is understandable that Balfour will always have business due to graduations but this business is horrible. The customer service is abysmal and NO ONE has answers for any of the questions you ask. The only thing customer service does is direct you to the store. The store does not answer calls and now it is closed because of COVID. If you buy a grad package you have to pay 10 dollars in shipping fees to be delivered to this store but again the store is closed. I don't understand why this company (after charging you 6 dollars in handling and 10 dollars in shipping) DOES NOT ship to your home especially during current times/situations. This company is horrible. I really wish schools would find other companies to work with or allow parents to choose the company to buy packages from. I will see if there are other options because we will not be ordering the ring from here because of this and I will be inquiring about other companies to do business with in regards to the grad package.

Their customer service is absolutely awful. They will give you the runaround and make you call and email different people when they could be doing this for you. On my daughters graduation invitations for some reason they put my wife’s name on there and not my daughters. We went back and looked at our order sheet and it was correct on our end. I bought my daughters graduation ring here last year the detail was very nice I purchased a gold ring the price was good for being gold And I bought my sons this year here .. I highly recommend this company

Extremely poor customer service!! Will only communicate via email. No one answers the phone EVER. When I asked to speak to a supervisor for answers they would only send an email. Then supervisor “Taylor” will only send an email. And she let me know she wanted to be left alone because she was “ON VACATION”. So sorry to be an inconvenience to her and her vacation. I’m sure if her child was a senior it would be a priority!! I was simply wondering why cap and gown I ordered would take 3 months to be delivered. They sure charged my debit card immediately. Wow I see why they only get 2 stars. A bunch of patronizing employees is all I can say. So glad I don’t have another child in high school so I will never have to deal with this place again!!!
