I tried their pizza pretzel for the first time and It was very good. Pretzels aren't usually my thing unless they have cinnamon sugar on them but their pizza pretzel is on point. You should try it!!

Today was not my first time at this establishment. The service is always pretty good and the raisin pretzel that I wait 10 minutes for...is worth the wait. However, the girl who was rolling the dough, stuck her hand in her pocket to send a text and the proceeded to roll more dough. She NEVER washed her hands!!!! I told the cashier Albert what I had observed and asked to speak with a manager. I was told the manager was not there but I asked that the meaaage be shared with management. I don’t believe food inspectors would approve of an unsanitary employee handling customers food. She was the only female visibly working there today but I didn’t get her name. This needs to be corrected.

My first experience at this location was NOT a very good one at all. I ordered a pretzel dog and a large sweet tea. For almost $7 you would at least think you could get a pretzel you can eat. This was not the case today. The pretzel looked kinda dark on the top which was ok, i can deal with that. It wasn't until after I got to my car to go back to work that I realized that when I took a bite out of it that it was burnt to a crisp on the bottom. The dog its self is over cooked and like chewing on eraser. Needless to say I won't be back. Worst first experience ever.
